Terms of Service
Plain terms for a simple service. You upload a photo, we hand back a cleaner one, and nothing is kept. Here is the rest of it.

01Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and Tableshotshot, the service at tableshotshot.com. They apply every time you use the site, whether or not you read them. If you do not accept them, do not upload a photo.
You can reach us at hello@tableshotshot.com. That is a real inbox and it is the right place for every question on this page.
02What the service does
You upload a photograph of a product. We send it, together with the backdrop you chose, to an AI image model through OpenRouter. The model returns a new image: the same item, relit and placed on a clean surface. We hand that image back to you in your browser.
That is the whole service. There is no account, no login, no gallery, and no order history. Your results live in the browser tab you made them in and disappear when you close it, so save anything you want to keep before you leave.
03What it costs
You get 5 free shots a day. The count resets at midnight UTC. A shot only counts once an image actually comes back — a failed or refused attempt costs you nothing.
We count your shots against your network address, in memory, without storing an identifier for you. That method is approximate in both directions: people on a shared connection may share an allowance, and the count can reset when we deploy. We would rather be loose than track you.
Paid plans for people who need more than the daily allowance are coming. We have not set prices, so there are none quoted anywhere on this site. Nothing will ever be charged to you without you choosing a paid plan first.
04Your photos stay yours
You keep every right you already had in the photograph you upload. We claim no ownership of it and no ownership of the image that comes back.
You grant us one narrow, temporary permission: to transmit and process your photo for as long as it takes to produce your result, and to pass it to the AI provider that does the work. That permission ends when the request ends. We do not use your photos to train models, we do not put them in a portfolio, and we do not show them to anybody else.
05What you promise us
By uploading a photo you confirm that:
- it is your photograph, or you have the right to use it;
- the item in it is one you are genuinely entitled to photograph and sell, and is not counterfeit, stolen, or illegal to trade where you are;
- it does not contain a recognisable person who has not agreed to it, and is not intended to impersonate another seller, shop or brand;
- it is not sexual content involving anyone under eighteen, and not content that is unlawful to possess or transmit.
Do not use the service to deceive a buyer. Producing a clean photograph of your real item is the point. Producing a photograph of an item you do not have, are not selling, or have misrepresented is not, and it is a breach of these terms.
06What we promise about the results
The service is automated and it is not perfect. An AI model can misread a label, soften a scratch, shift a colour, or return something that is not a faithful picture of your item. Our instruction to the model is to change the room and the light and nothing else, but an instruction is not a guarantee.
Look at every result before you post it. You are responsible for what you list. If a shot no longer honestly shows the thing you are selling, do not use it. See How the AI works for the detail.
We provide the service as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, that it will fit a particular purpose, or that a given photo will succeed.
07Availability and fair use
We may change, pause or withdraw any part of the service. We apply a short cool-off if requests arrive faster than a person could make them, which keeps the studio open for everybody else.
We may refuse or stop serving anyone who breaks the promises above, attacks the service, or tries to work around the allowance. Because there are no accounts, this means blocking traffic rather than closing an account.
08Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Beyond that: we are not liable for lost sales, lost profit, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or from a result you chose to publish. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months before the claim — which, while you are using the free allowance, is nothing.
09Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects you, we will say so on the site rather than quietly editing the page.
Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you use the service from somewhere else, you keep any rights your local consumer law gives you that cannot be contracted away.
